• 1953:  Werner Schindler opened his first gallery of contemporary & and post modern art at Gerechtigkeitsgasse 33, in Berne. Among others, the first opening reception on October 22nd included works by Dieter Roth
  • 1960: Relocation at Gerechtigkeitsgasse 56 in Berne
  • 1962: First Exhibiton of the later well known Zero Group (incl. works by Heinz Mack, Otto Piene, Günther Uecker and Dieter Roth) 
  • 1964: Relocation at Marktgasse 38 in Berne 
  • 1970-1990 : Werner Schindler buys Edition L'Oeuvre Gravée founded in 1955 by Nesto Jacometti and participates every year at the international Art Fair in Basel, Art 1/70 - Art 21/1990
  • 1972: Relocation at Münstergasse 36 in Berne
  • 1990: Werner Schindler died at the age of 61 on December 11th
  • 2005: Relocation at Flühliweg 4a in Thoune-Goldiwil
